Proguard 1
ProGuard 1 covers the powertrain components that power the vehicle (the transmission, engine, and differential) for most higher mileage vehicles up to 200,000 miles at time of purchase. These components are more likely to break and when they do, are the costliest to repair. This is a Limited Liability product, with limits to the amount paid out for covered components. It is the minimal protection we offer so for more peace of mind, consider ProGuard 2.
Differential
All internally lubricated parts, Bearings, Center support bearing, Differential housing, Ring and pinion gears, Spider and side gears.
Engine
Gas/Diesel - All internally lubricated parts, including Exhaust manifold, Timing chain and gears, Timing belt. Engine block is covered with the failure of an internally lubricated part.
4WD and AWD
All internally lubricated parts of the transfer case including Bearings, Bushings, Chains, Gears, Sleeves, Sprockets.
Seals and Gaskets
Cylinder heads, Intake manifold (all others in conjunction with a covered component repair).
Transmission
Automatic/Manual; All internally lubricated parts including Electronic switches/solenoids.
Proguard 2
ProGuard 2 includes the powertrain plus the cooling system, fluids, turbo/supercharger, and EV/Hybrid components for most vehicles up to 175,000 miles at time of purchase. Should one or more of these components break down, we will pay up to the Actual Cash Value of the vehicle in claims so you can be confident that you are covered. The plan includes diagnostics in addition to 24/7 roadside assistance and towing to get you help wherever and whenever you need it.
Cooling System
Mechanical water pump, Radiator and Thermostat.
Differential
All internally lubricated parts, Bearings, Center support bearing, Differential housing, Ring and pinion gears, Spider and side gears.
Drive Axle
CV joints, Drive shafts, Universal joints.
Engine
Gas/Diesel - All internally lubricated parts, including Exhaust manifold, Timing chain and gears, Timing belt. Engine block is covered with the failure of an internally lubricated part.
EV/Hybrid
Electric traction motor, Electronic transmission/E-CVT transaxle, Power electronic controller (electronic motor).

Any fluids and filters required due to a covered component failure (excludes refrigerant).
Four and AWD
All internally lubricated parts of the transfer case including Bearings, Bushings, Chains, Gears, Sleeves, Sprockets.

Proguard 3
ProGuard 3 serves as the standard for which all plans aspire, covering everything in ProGuard 2 plus ABS, air conditioning, braking, cooling, fuel system, electrical system, steering and suspension for most vehicles up to 150,000 miles at time of purchase. The plan also includes many Advanced Electrical (door, power window and seat switches) and Advanced EV/Hybrid (high voltage A/C compressor, thermal cooling system and propulsion battery) components that are very costly to repair. You also have the benefit of rental car reimbursement and trip interruption coverage to minimize out-of-pocket expenses if your vehicle is in the shop for repairs.

ProGuard 4 is for the person looking for more peace of mind as it covers everything in ProGuard 3 plus a comprehensive list of costly components that are most likely to fail. Included are the engine and transmission, fuel injectors and cruise control assembly for most vehicles up to 125,000 miles at time of purchase. Additional Electrical (including the engine control unit, powertrain control unit, powertrain control module and body control module) components are included, in addition to highly used interior and exterior items such as the power trunk release motor and numerous sensors that are relied on to keep your vehicle running properly.

It mirrors the manufacturer's basic factory warranty, covering almost every component for most vehicles up to 100,000 miles at time of purchase. It includes SiriusXM, 24/7 roadside assistance, rental car reimbursement and trip interruption coverage if something should happen away from home. With exclusionary coverage, everything is covered except from a few parts that are excluded such as:

- Safety (airbags and seatbelts)
- Emissions (catalytic converters and purge valves)
